Amazing surgeon , i had dr fatih and my co ordinator was Bruce , everything is explained really well to you and the post op test that were carried out were absolutely fantastic , I have been to another company in Turkey for other cosmetic surgery and have to say that booking surgery is definitely the best , the translators … Mustafa and Stella were amazing and the day time staff were also fantastic , 2 of the male nurses especially were brilliant with me as I travelled out on my own and found it very emotional and they couldnt have been nicer to me.Blood pressure and checks were carried out continuously, honestly if I could give this company and my surgeon a 100 star review a would.

From the booking stage, sorting my medical reports, to deposit payment, to booking my flights, securing a visa, travelling to Turkey, driver pick up to the hospital, preop preparations, surgery day, post op support and care to coming back to the UK, one thing I can say is that this is a very HANDS ON company! The support provided and personalised care plan was top notch. At every given instance, there was a care coordinator or dietician to answer your query or get feedback from a surgeon/doctor. They are worth recommending, and if I were to go through a sleeve surgery again, I will choose them in the blink of an eye! In a heart beat hands down! Booking Surgery, you are the best! Thank you 😊
My experience with booking surgery was excellent from booking the appointment with a coordinator all the way through to discharge. The hospital (Optimed) was very clean and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. My surgeon was excellent, knowledgeable and caring and didn’t rush to discharge and visited each day. The translators are always on site to help with anything you need to ask or to find out and are very competent. I highly recommend booking surgery.com and this hospital for any plastic surgery.
I can’t thank booking surgery enough!, first of all everything went easy and smoothly with my co ordinator David Turker, very helpful and because he’s been through it all before you felt you had all the information you needed! Secondly how amazingly my surgery went from pre op tests to post op care!, everything went perfectly and I’m 18 weeks post op and 76lbs down!, dr katar is a lovely friendly and talented man!, I would 100% recommend , thank you for giving me my life back!
I had my surgery in January 2025 and it was great. All staff were friendly and would do anything for me.
Whenever I asked for anything like pain killers etc I would have it within minutes.
Bruce was my co ordinator. Himself and his brother went above and beyond to make my experience so smooth. Bruce supported me in Turkey and my family in the UK which is more than I could ask for.
Thank you all for your help.
Cannot praise this company enough. From being picked up from the airport until I was taken back on the return journey every aspect of the experience was fantastic. I had a 360FDL and arm life and travelled alone. Dr. Emin is a genius but the coordinator (Robert), nurses, translators, cleaners, catering staff and taxi driver were all amazing. I felt extremely safe and looked after. Booked again to go back in April and have no worries. Robert has been amazing answering any questions to reassure me and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Bookingsurgery.com for efficiency, perfection and care.
The staff, the facilities and obviously the surgeons results.
Dr Emin and his team have looked after me now for the 3rd time and I would recommend him and them to anyone!
Amazing service, warm and friendly welcome, the interpreters, keep you up to date with everything, they, the nurses, the drivers, the cleaning staff all do their best to make sure you feel at ease and are well looked after, thank you! ❤️
My experience from the moment I enquired to the moment I booked surgery, checking into the hospital and the whole treatment was fantastic. The nurses were so caring and the translators were so helpful. I’m overwhelmed at how easy they have made the process for me. Definitely recommend.
Third time coming to booking surgery.com and this company just keeps getting better and better … 4 of us came this time for different procedures and all of us are over the moon with the results . Mike smith is the best coordinator I could ever have wished for he helped all 4 of us to be able to come all together he organised the stay the flights absolutely everything for us he is a massive asset to this company … All the translators are completely fluent in English so you are fully in the know for everything the nurses are so lovely and helpful too
This is my second time with booking surgery at Optimed. Firstly I’d like to say that Dr.Emin is a genius! I’m so so happy with my results already 🙂 secondly, Jake, Chris, Seçil, everyone, the whole team is just excellent and they go out of their way to make you happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be back!
It was an amazing experience ! I honestly recommend ! Coming from France I was so worried about going abroad for bariatric surgery ! From my arrival to my departure from turkey the experience was amazing ! The hospital was clean ! Staff amazing ! They would answer all my questions and needs . I felt cared for and heard the whole time .They really care about their patients ! My coordinator Pierre was also amazing answering to all of my questions ! I’m definitely going back
I had a great experience with Bookingsurgery.com, my coordinator Mike Smith and Dr. Soner Karaali. Everyone was highly professional with all the fine details coordinated perfectlyfor my medical trip to Istanbul from the USA. This was my first trip abroad and I traveled alone. I would highly recommend Mike Smith with Bookingsurgery.com and Dr. Soner Karaali to anyone! 5 STARS!
Would 100% go here again. The surgical team were so professional and all tests were very thorough. All the staff that cared for me during my stay were amazing and couldn't do enough for me.
The standard of cleanliness was outstanding and all of the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful.
And a massive thank you to all the interpreters.
I am sure I will see you all again in the near future
Don't listen to Rich Copstake's review a few below or above this one. He tried to con the company out of money for his surgery & when he didn't get it, he pretended to be his wife & convince the whole May surgery group thah he had died, taking his own life. Later we found out he was lying & was infact very much alive. Rich Copstake is a known fraudster conning many people & companies.
From arriving at the hospital to leaving I cannot fault this hospital or any of its staff. Everyone was so nice and on the ball with everything. Nothing was too much. I chose Dr Nebil for my surgeries after researching his previous work and talking to other patients of his. He was an absolute gent throughout!!! Made me feel at ease, answered any questions myself or my husband had. He came to see me everyday that I was in his care. I honestly cannot reccomend him and his staff enough. It was an absolute pleasure xxx
Had a great experience with booking surgery when I went for my 360 FDL 6 weeks ago. I really felt as though I was in safe hands and couldn't be happier with my results. I'd recommend this company to anyone. So much so I'm going back next year!
